Our Social Services Department is staffed with a group of professionals committed to eliminating as much stress as we possibly can from your experience here. We're here to help you and your family by providing a range of services that covers everything from information, to emotional support and counseling, all the way to crisis intervention.
We have the experience to anticipate when you'll need assistance, and the expertise to provide it seamlessly.
We'll ask you your wishes regarding Advance Directives (Living Will and Durable Power of Attorney). We'll also do our best to provide you with information about your insurance, and assist you with financial resources, community support groups and referrals to other community resources that may be available to you. We'll be by your side right up to the time you're ready to exit our facilities, by finalizing arrangements for discharge from the hospital.
And we'll keep your family in the loop, educating them along with you, each step of the way.
