Bob Hale, Director of IT&S - FISO

As Director of Information Technologies and Services, Bob Hale coordinates and oversees Beechwood Memorial’s daily IT needs, collaborates on new IT initiatives and ensures that Beechwood Memorial’s information and technology services align with HCA corporate and mountain division technical goals and standards. He also serves as the Facility Information Security Office (FISO) at Beechwood Memorial.

Bob received his Bachelors of Science degree from Utah State and went on to obtain his Masters of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. Bob is currently a PMP (Project Manager Professional) with the PMI Institute, and is ITIL Foundation V3 certified. His 15 years of management and project management experience comes from prior positions as manager for the Business Process Automation Department at the Idaho National Laboratory, and International IS manager for Melaleuca from 1998 ” 2000. Bob was also an adjunct teacher for the University of Idaho in Information Technology over a nine year period.

With over 15 years of project management experience, Bob is a great asset to the coordination of IT&S at Beechwood Memorial. As a necessarily IT-centric organization, Bob heads an IT team that facilitates innovation to support the hospital physicians and staff in their quest for a superior patient experience.

On a personal note, he has served with the Boy Scouts of America for nine years with all three of his boys earning their Eagle Scout Award.
